This old chap here is a sad representative of ungodly experimentation on different species in the galaxy. his family was forcibly fused with ice powers and only he and his son survived, though his is hideously unstable. A confrontation with his son left him badly scarred with extreme frostbite. he's working with Destroyer and Chaos to take down Cassius, who his son Draol has teamed up with.
